Schedules Folder in Drive
Users can Navigate to Schedules Folder in Drive and will have all the listed options.
Creating a New Folder within the Schedules Folder:
Double click on the "Schedules" folder in Drive.
Click on the '+' Add button at the bottom right,User will see the following options as shown in the image below:
Choose "New Folder" to create a new folder within the Schedules Folder.
Creating a New Schedule:
Click on the FAB (+) button.
Select "New Schedule."
Choose a project template or a blank template.
Specify a Schedule Start Date.
Click Save to open the Schedule Editor in a new browser tab.
Uploading Schedules:
Click on the '+' Add button.
Choose "Upload Schedule."
Upload schedules in formats: .mpp, .xer, .mpx, .gantter, .pmxml, .pln.
Convert the file to .pln during upload.
Add file/location tags.
Double tap to open the uploaded file in a new browser tab.
New Sequence:
(Assuming there's more information on creating a new sequence)
New Simulation:
Click on the '+' Add button.
Choose "New Simulation."
Add a Name and Description.
Select a Folder and Start Date.
Click 'Save' to create a new simulation.
Double click on the Schedules Folder in Drive to open it.
- Then click on the '+' Add button at the bottom right.
- User will see the following options as shown in the image below:
Creating a New Folder within the Schedules Folder:
- Any number of Folders can be created within the Schedules Folder by clicking on the new folder option.
Creating a New Schedule:
- Select the "New Schedule" option from the FAB (+)Button.
- A Schedule can be created by choosing from the recommended project templates, or by selecting a blank template to start with.
- Specify a Schedule Start Date and Clicking on Save will load the Schedule Editor in a New Browser Tab.
Upload Schedule:
- Users can Upload Schedules using the following formats:
- .mpp
- .xer
- .mpx
- .gantter
- .pmxml
- .pln
- Users can upload Schedules by drag and drop or by Clicking on the upload with two options
- Select from Cloud
- Select from Local
New Sequence:
- Users can create a New Sequence by Adding a Name and Description, then clicking the 'Save' button.
New Simulation:
- Users can create a New Simulation by Adding a Name and Description, selecting a Folder and Start Date, then clicking the 'Save' button.
