A LiveLink Meetings Folder is available on the Drive. The LiveLink Meetings Folder contains Recordings of past LiveLink Meetings. When a User schedules a LiveLink Meeting in our System, once completed, a recording of the Meeting gets saved to the LiveLink Meetings Folder.

• When a LiveLink Meeting is saved to the LiveLink Meetings Folder, a New Subfolder gets created for that Date with the Meeting Recording in it. Clicking on LiveLink Meetings Files will open the Meeting and let you review your LiveLink Meetings Call.
