When Certifications move to the 'Expired' state and the Worker/Safety Manager/Company Manger has not taken any action during the 'About to Expire' stage, then another Email is sent to the Worker/Safety Manager/Company Manger. Plus they also get notified via SMS.
- SMS notification sent to the Worker on his registered phone number once Cert is Expired.
- One or more Certificates for the Project <Project Name> has Expired. OSHA 10 expired on 08/31/2022, Drivers License expired on 08/31/2022, OSHA 12 expired on 08/31/2022. Please click on the link below to upload new certificates.
- SMS notification sent to the Company Manager/Safety Manager on his registered phone number once the Certificate is Expired.
- One or more Certificates for the User <User Name> with Company <Company Name> in Project <Project Name> has Expired. OSHA 10 expired on 08/31/2022, Drivers License expired on 08/31/2022, OSHA 12 expired on 08/31/2022. Please click on the link below to upload new certificates.
- Tapping on the link from the SMS or the button from the email will load the 'Manage Certificates' page in a browser URL Desktop/Device and the Certs that are about to expire will show a red exclamation. The row will be unlocked and available for edit, Button will change to Reupload File.
Device Screen:
- Worker needs to upload the file again and change the expiration date accordingly as the Company/ Safety Manager will need it.
Note: Device Screens have the same Function as the Desktop Version.
