The Safety Score helps you quickly evaluate a team member’s overall safety track record on your jobsite. Whether you're reviewing profiles during team onboarding or checking user details during orientation, this score gives you an at-a-glance view of how safely someone has worked in the past.
Where You’ll See the Safety Score
You can find a team member’s Safety Score in three key places:
1. Team Orientation Grid
When viewing your team in the Orientation Grid, you’ll now see a new column labeled Overall Safety Score. This column shows each person’s score. If a score isn’t available yet, the column will appear blank for that person.
2. Team Orientation – User Details
Click on a team member’s name in the Team Orientation Grid to open their User Details. There, the Overall Safety Score appears just below the company name. It will look like this:
This field is clickable. When you click the score, it will open that person’s full Worker Historical Safety Report, so you can review the details behind their score.
Filter by Safety Score
You can also filter your team members by their Safety Score. This helps you find team members who meet your safety criteria quickly and efficiently, using standard score ranges.
Tip: The Safety Score is based on historical safety activity. If a team member is new or hasn’t had any recorded safety interactions yet, their score may not appear.
