In addition to individual scores, your system also tracks Safety and Performance scores at the company level. These help you evaluate your subcontractors or partner companies before engaging them on a project.
What Is the Company Safety Score?
The Company Safety Score gives you a high-level view of how safely a company’s team members have performed overall. It’s calculated by averaging the individual Safety Scores of all users from that company.
Scores follow a letter-grade format:
A (Best), B, C, D, F (Poor)
For example, if half of a company's users have an A and half have an F, their overall score may average out to a C.
You’ll see the Company Safety Score in:
The Company Info dialog
The Manage Companies section
Bidding workflows (as a filter and sort option)
The Partner Companies section in Org Console
What Is the Company Performance Score?
The Company Performance Score is based on how reliably the company completes scheduled work. This score looks at:
How closely tasks are completed relative to their estimated start and end dates
Whether tasks are fully completed without outstanding issues
The quality and consistency of work across workflows
Like the Safety Score, the Performance Score uses the same letter-grade format:
A, B, C, D, F
This score reflects whether the company consistently delivers work on time and as expected.
Using Company Scores
You can filter and group companies based on their Safety or Performance Score when:
Managing your vendor or subcontractor list
Evaluating bidders in the Bid Manager
Reviewing partner companies at the organizational level
These scores help you make smarter, data-driven decisions when building your project teams.
