After registering your Smartapp account, you can start a trial project or subscribe to a paid project directly from Project Central. The process has been redesigned for clarity, flexibility, and improved control over subscription and collaborator management.

This article explains how to add a new project, either by starting a free trial or subscribing immediately, based on the new PLG UI flow.

Accessing the Add Project Option

  1. Log in to Smartapp.

  2. From Project Central, click the “+ Add Project” button.

    • On desktop/tablet, it appears as the Add Project (+) icon.

    • On mobile, it appears as a floating tile (FAB).

Selecting a Smartapp Edition

When the Add Project window opens, you’ll see a list of all available Smartapp Editions:

  • PLANNER™

  • FIELD™

  • FINANCE™

  • SAFETY™

  • ONE™

  • SKETCH™

Each edition has a checkbox beside it.

At the bottom, you’ll see two buttons:

  • Start Trial

  • Subscribe

Selection Rules:

  • If you select ONE, all other editions become disabled.

  • If you select Sketch, all other editions become disabled.

  • If you select any of Planner, Safety, Finance, or Field, the Sketch option is disabled.

After selecting an edition, click Start Trial.
